Please give us your flight number when you book. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time free of charge. For a pickup at Schiphol, we wait up to 90 minutes after landing at no extra cost.
If further waiting time is needed after that, we charge a surcharge from €10 per 15 minutes.
You can pay in the car with cash or debit/credit card. For business customers, we offer invoicing afterwards, either per ride or as a monthly invoice.
The price you see when you book is the price you pay. All in, no surprises. No surcharge for evenings or weekends.

Yes. We drive 24 hours a day, 365 days a year — so also at night, at weekends and on public holidays. Whether you need to get to Schiphol in the middle of the night or want to be picked up early in the morning, we're ready for you.
We do not have a specially adapted wheelchair taxi, but we do have a spacious van with room for a folding wheelchair. Let us know when you book that you are bringing a wheelchair, so we can make sure the right vehicle and driver are ready. The same escort can travel with you each time, on request.
Yes. We have several child seats available, including a Maxi-Cosi for children from 0 to 15 months and child seats with a standard belt fitting for older children. We charge a surcharge of €5 per child seat per ride.
Up to 24 hours before departure, you can cancel free of charge. In the event of a no-show or a cancellation within 24 hours before departure, we charge €25 in cancellation costs per ride. You will also find these terms in the confirmation email for your booking.
We are based in De Ronde Venen. Most of our rides go to Schiphol, Amsterdam and Utrecht. We also provide transport throughout the Netherlands and, on request, abroad.
